These festive Patriotic Berry Marshmallow Kabobs are perfect for celebrating the 4th of July They are a fun and delicious treat that combines the sweetness of marshmallows with the freshness of strawberries and blueberries. The toasted mini marshmallows add a delightful twist to these kabobs.
Ingredients:
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
Thread alternating marshmallows, strawberries, and blueberries onto each skewer
Leave some space at each end of the skewer for easy handling
Repeat with all 4 skewers
Place mini marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Use a kitchen torch to lightly brown the mini marshmallows, or place them under a broiler for a few seconds, until they are toasted to your liking
Carefully slide the toasted mini marshmallows onto the ends of the skewers to secure the fruit and large marshmallows in place
