Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- Coconut oil or ghee for frying
Instructions:
In a blender, combine ripe bananas, eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt
Blend until smooth
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of coconut oil or ghee to grease the surface
Dip slices of grain-free bread into the banana batter, coating them evenly on both sides
