Ingredients:
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Green food coloring
- Black olives sliced for decoration
- Chives for garnish
Instructions:
Separate the hard-boiled eggs into halves along their length, and carefully take out the yolks
Smash the egg yolks in a bowl and mix them with the Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise
Mix until its smooth
To make the egg yolks a football field green color, add green food coloring until you get there
Pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves in the shape of footballs
You can use a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag with the corner cut off
To make football laces out of black olives, cut them into small pieces and place them on top of the piped yolk mixture
Add chives as a garnish to make it look like football field grass
Put the football deviled eggs in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve them
