This vegan Choco-Vanilla Bomb recipe lets you enjoy the delicious taste of chocolate and vanilla together. Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a blender, combine frozen banana slices, coconut cream, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup
Blend until smooth
Fold in vegan chocolate chips
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm
Once firm, scoop out the mixture into balls and serve immediately
